• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you share.
• We do not claim ownership of your content and will never use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. AI-Powered Features

Arti Steps uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded artwork and generate creative growth reports, tags, and developmental insights. All AI analysis happens within our service — no artwork or personal data is shared with external parties for this purpose. AI outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional developmental assessments.

5. Community and Comments

We reserve the right to filter, moderate, or remove comments and interactions to ensure that only kind, supportive messages appear on your children's galleries. Arti Steps is a safe space for families, and we enforce a "kind words only" policy.

6. Free Tier and Pricing

• Arti Steps offers a free tier with usage limitations (number of kid profiles, uploads, and family invites).
• Paid plans unlock additional features and remove limitations.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Service Provided "As Is"

Arti Steps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we take reasonable steps to protect your content, we are not liable for any loss of data. We recommend keeping local copies of important artwork and recordings.
