Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 8, 2026

Arti Steps ("we", "us", "our") is a family-focused platform that helps parents preserve, organize, and share their children's creative work. We take your family's privacy seriously.

1. What Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Arti Steps:

  • Account information: Your name and email address.
  • Children's profiles: Your child's first name and age. We never collect a child's full name, address, or other personally identifiable information.
  • Creations: Photos of artwork, songs (audio recordings), and dance videos that you upload to the platform.
  • Family sharing: Email addresses of family members you invite to view your children's galleries.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to provide the Arti Steps service:

  • To store, organize, and display your children's creations in your private gallery.
  • To generate AI-powered creative growth reports and developmental insights.
  • To enable family sharing so invited members can view and encourage your children's work.

3. We Never Sell or Share Your Data

We will never sell, rent, trade, or shareyour personal information or your children's data with third parties. Your family's memories belong to you. No data is shared externally for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.

4. Google Sign-In

We offer Google Sign-In as a login option. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password. Google's use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. All uploaded artwork, songs, and videos are private by default and only visible to you and family members you explicitly invite. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Arti Steps is designed for use by parents and guardians, not by children directly. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parents have full control over all of their children's data, including the ability to view, edit, and delete it at any time.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You may request a complete deletion of your account and all associated data — including your children's profiles, uploaded creations, and any personal information — by emailing us. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request.

To request deletion, email: maayan.yed@gmail.com
